Recruiters can be both junior and senior. They will work as a supplement to your recruiting efforts and help you fill as many requirements as possible. They will also be able to work on the weekends to submit candidates which can be presented by early Monday morning.
The rates for this would range from $10-$15/hr and some prior intimation would be required.
