The recruiter will be working with your team and be responsible to provide the best available resource to your open positions. He will be doing the full life cycle of recruitment which includes searching & screening candidates, negotiating rates/ salary, signing of necessary Non-disclosure agreements, fixing interview, preparing for the interview, co-coordinating for the in person meet etc.
Recruiter will also assist you with building a database of candidates. Recruiters could be graded on the bases of their seniority.
Junior recruiter Senior recruiter
Junior recruiter is a candidate with around 2-3 years of experience and can handle around 1-2 requirements per day.
Senior recruiter is a candidate with around 4-5 years of experience and can handle around 3-4+ requirements per day.
Just like a salaried employee the recruiter will be working full time for your positions. On emergencies he will also assist with requirements on the weekends.
The terms of payment will be monthly billing and payment in 45 days.
